Tending the Garden of Your Heart: A Day to Explore Qigong, Nature and Art

Tending the Garden of Your Heart: A Day to Explore Qigong, Nature and Art. Saturday, September 30th, from 10:00 to 4:30. Advance registration is required. Unfolded orange flower in garden with Peace Pole in the backround.

Unfortunately, this event has been cancelled due to low enrollment.  If you were registered, we will be in touch about your payment refund.  Mahalo for all who expressed interest and we hope to see you at another event soon.

We invite you to join us for a day of joy, healing, and transformation!  Within the sacred space of Peace’s Garden, you will have the opportunity to explore Qigong, a movement practice* of connecting with the Vital Life Force permeating the Universe and our lives.  In addition, Qi promotes health and nourishes our intimacy with nature.  Guided visualization will invite you into a relationship with Mother Nature and tending to the inner garden of your own heart.  In the afternoon, we will move inside to learn and explore special mixed media art techniques to express your discoveries.

All spiritual traditions and levels of experience are welcome — all caretakers of the Earth, practitioners of movement, seekers of the mystical, and explorers of creativity are invited!

Proceeds from the event will go to Save Mount Diablo, a nationally accredited land trust and conservation organization working to preserve the remaining natural lands on and around Mount Diablo and to protect Mount Diablo’s connection to its sustaining Diablo Range.

*Qigong is adaptable and accessible for all.
