Thursday Group Meditation

All are welcome to join Group Mediation on Thursdays in the Sanctuary at 5:00pm. Over the course of the hour, we will sit, transition to a brief (and optional) walking meditation, and then return to sitting.
No previous experience is required; we are all beginners! For simple guidance, speak with Pastor Steve. Participants are welcome to bring their own cushion or chair if they wish, but can also use what is available in the Sanctuary. Come to discover the nourishing power of being in meditation together.
