~ Please keep in your prayers:  Tim Griesbach and family on the death of his mother, Bernice; Svetlana (Lyusya’ mother); Bob, Denise, Janet, and the young people urging a response to our climate crisis.

~ aloha kākou!  We hope you can join us and Reverend Steve Harms at Vallombrosa Retreat Center for a day of embodied prayer.       For years Elise and I did pilgrimages to the volcano area of the Big Island, where my mother’s family is from. Full Tilt!  The Jazz Church West 15th Season begins on Sunday, October 6 at 5:00 pm.  Adam Shulman’s Sextet will perform works from his recent CD Full Tilt!

The Art Exhibit ‘Rhythms of Water and Land, Love and Loss‘ (In memory of Ruth, Linda and Don Britt) will Officially Open with Artists Cathie Weir and Sue Britt (daughters and sisters) present.

St. Joan of Arc invites you to celebrate their 40th Anniversary with them on Sunday, October 6 from Noon – 4 pm at their church in San Ramon.  We thank God for these partners in ministry through these many years!
