SUMMARY:Yoga with Nora
DESCRIPTION:Love Your Mind\nLove Your Body\nLove Your Life\n  \nNote: Yoga is on a break for the 2 weeks (May 26th and June 2nd). Class will return on June 9th. For questions\, talk with Nora or contact the Church Office. \n  \nCome explore an intentional movement class focused on restoring or maintaining strength\, flexibility\, endurance\, and balance!  Nora\, a certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor\, helps students connect to body and spirit.  She draws on her 200 hour teacher training\, 30 years of active Zen Meditation Practice\, and her own life experiences to guide students through caring and healing movement and meditation practice. \n  \nThe class meets in the Sanctuary every Tuesday from 3 to 4pm.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat.  More information will be discussed in class. \n  \nNora is available prior to the beginning of class to answer questions or concerns.  Please notify her in advance if you wish to talk prior to the class.  Chair yoga is an option. \n  \nThis is a free offering with a request for students to make a donation to Peace.  The typical cost of a comparable Yoga class at a local studio is $25.  All proceeds go to support Peace Lutheran Church.  Please donate from the heart based on what financially is feasible for you.
