SUMMARY:Thursday Group Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Thursday Meditation is on break May 21st and 28th. We will return on June 4th. \n  \nAll are welcome to join Group Meditation on Thursdays in the Sanctuary at 5pm.  Over the course of the hour\, we will sit\, transition to a brief (and optional) walking meditation\, and then return to sitting. \n  \nNo previous experience is required; we are all beginners!  Participants are welcome to bring their own cushion or chair if they wish\, but can also use what is available in the Sanctuary.  Come to discover the nourishing power of being in meditation together.
