About Our Church Youth Group

Youth Ministry has been under the leadership of Seminarian John BrettSeminarian Brock Klobe joined us in September 2013.  The youth ( 9th through 12th Grade) meet on the 2nd Saturdays and 4th Fridays of each month.

Our church youth group reflects on life issues, current events, spirituality, Bible study, faith history, and explore other faith traditions. We load up on the building blocks of the faith and then put that faith into action in our church and community.  A team of parents from our Youth and Family Ministry assist in coordinating activities for the youth.

Activities  have included working on the Peace mosaic, participating in a local walk for hunger, walking the streets of the Tenderloin with the Night Ministry, visiting the seminary, helping with the Winter Night’s Shelter as well as participation in the Music or Percussion Group on Sundays….plus special worship contributions at Christmas.
