Meditation

Meditation is simply the invitation to be in the presence of our true nature. There is a wonderful energy when people meditate together.  People of all faiths or no faith are invited to join us.

You can use zafus/cushions or a chair. Various forms are utilized: following the breath, mantras, visualizations, centering prayer.

Guided Meditation Times

Thursdays from 6:00-6:40 pm. There are two periods of sitting meditation with kinhin (walking meditation) in between.

Beginners are welcomed – instruction is always available for guided meditation.
