Friends:

“God asked:  What is this proverb I hear bandied about — ‘The father ate sour grapes ad the children’s teeth are on edge?’

Foolish, God thundered, No more of that!

No hidden idolatries, No cheating, lying, stealing; No oppression of others; No usury.

Rather this:  Feed the hungry, clothe the naked. Purpose no evil act, render just judgment.  In behavior and speech act in accord with truth.’

(Ezekiel 18)

What a joyful surprise to have a 2nd Baptism on Sunday!  Congratulations to Parker Murillo and Hailey Lepore!  And to Grandpa Dan for paying attention!!

Thanks to Fr. John for his presentation on PICO this past Sunday.  And thanks to the 15 people who were able to participate.  It was fascinating and profound to hear the stories of Refugees like Fr. John and Maili.  Lord have mercy on all those who must flee their homes.  For more information on PICO:  www.picointernational.org
